How we will use your personal information

• When you log in your J&J-email-address and your personal password (independent from any J&J password) will be captured.

• When you fill out the surveys “Talent Test” en “Leverage Skills Test” your personal answers to these tests will be captured.

• This personal information will be storage on the servers of LannooCampus, the editor of this talent app, according to their privacy and cookies policy as described on the landing page of the app. For information about this you can get in touch with info@lannoocampus.be.

• LannooCampus will - on a regular basis - send a list to the Talent Fit Center with the email-addresses of J&J employees who are using the app. This will allow the Talent Fit Center to keep a general overview of the usage of the app.

• Furthermore, LannooCampus will – on demand – send to the Talent Fit Center general anonymous reports, e.g. “the top 5 most common talents for all J&J users together” or “the average duration of usage by all J&J employees”.

• LannooCampus will never report personal data to the Talent Fit Center. This means for instance that there is no reporting on a personal basis of duration of usage or results to self-tests.
